Food safety and high quality is very important for our company. Based on the European requirements of food safety and quality certification we possess both with the actually highest level IFS V. Higher Level (International Food Standards) and ISO 22000 certificates.
Our company is member since the 1st January 2001 of the Hungarian Baker Guild, which has been transformed into Hungarian Baker Association in 2003. We joined the association because this is the only professional organization joining the baker and flour manufacturing activities.
Our mills are equipped with the most modern powder filters, no any powder originated from the wheat grinding can leave the mills. In order to protect our environment the by-products of packaging are selectively collected and transported.
